in accordance with the Ohio Department of Health’s Stay at Home Order.

Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom will re-open by appointment and for curbside pick up starting Tuesday, May 12, 2020.  The store will be open 12pm-6pm daily. 

 

Appointments will allow for the safest shopping experience for staff and customers, ensuring the store does not exceed capacity and will eliminate long waits by families to enter the store.

 

1:2 max ratio of adult to children.  All customers and staff will be expected to wear a mask or face covering that covers both the nose and mouth.  Children under the age of 2 are exempt. Customers who are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons MUST let staff know when booking an appointment.  Customers must provide their own masks.

 

The store has installed barriers at check out for the safety of customers and employees.  Hand sanitizer will be available at/near frequently touched areas, which our staff will also be cleaning at regular intervals.  In addition to the credit card machines, we do offer touchless payment and Apple Pay at our registers or you may verbally give the cashier your credit card number.  We encourage cashless transactions whenever possible.

 

All customers and staff are expected to adhere to CDC guidelines of staying home when feeling ill or if they are running a fever.

Please note the play area has been removed and is not expected to return in 2020.
