Curbside Pick-Up

Have you seen an item online or maybe in our social media feed that you think would be great to have to keep boredom at bay?  Are you practicing social distancing or maybe in a high risk group?  We want to help!

Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom is offering Curbside Pick-Up.  Call us North Canton: 330-244-9008 or Medina: 330-952-0841 and let us know what items you are interested in and we can ring you up OR email us at orders@sirtroys.com with the items you are interested in, along with your name, address and phone, we will send you an invoice to pay online.  Once your order is paid for we will send you an email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up.

Simply pull up to the store and call inside: North Canton: 330-244-9008 or Medina: 330-952-0841 and one of our team members will run your package out to you.

If you prefer the items be shipped we can do that too!  Just let us know when you email us and we will calculate shipping.

Virtual Shopping Experience

We are going virtual!  Trying to do some Christmas shopping or maybe you exhausted your supply of games and puzzles?  Looking for something new, but don't know what or maybe you just want to see the item?  Our Playologists are here to help!  Email us at orders@sirtroys.com with your preferred shopping date, include times in the comments that are good for you and we will set an appointment with one of our helpful staff members.  Please allow 24 hour advance notice for appointment requests.

We'll connect via Facetime or Zoom and take you on a virtual shopping experience through the store.  Your Playologist will help you select items, fill your cart and ring you out.  Your order can then be picked up at our Curbside Pick-Up!

Once your transaction is complete just pull up to the front of the store, call inside: North Canton: 330-244-9008 or Medina: 330-952-0841 and one of our team members will run your package out to you.
